Breathing Exercises
1. Deep Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. Repeat this cycle five times to relax your mind and body.
2. 4-7-8 Technique: Inhale through your nose for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, and exhale through your mouth for eight seconds. This technique is a wonderful way to reduce anxiety and foster calmness.
